The Lucky Draw Transformers Gold Convoy (Gold Super Convoy) from the Micron Legend line was given away in 2003 by TV Boy, one of many Japanese collectors magazines. The toy was featured in several draws and 58 of them are known to have been given away in these. Like many other Lucky Draw Transforemrs there are probably also more testshots of this toy on top of this number.

The Gold Convoy toy is one of the most frequently seen and known about Lucky Draw Transformers toys. It can often be found on auction websites as well as in stock on several online Transformers retailers.

The Super Convoy mold is based on the original Super Convoy (Armada Super Optimus Prime) mold, where the right arm cannot be rotated around. The Sparkply mini-con figure is also coated in the chrome gold paint which has become one of the main features of the Lucky Draw toys.
