Gold Convoy is one of two Lucky Draw variations of the Convoy toy from the Beast Wars Metals range. The toy was avaliable individualy and also in a double pack with Silver Megatron.

The toy was given away by Bom-Bom Magazine in 1999 and features transparent parts as well as gold chrome (which is quiet unusual for Lucky Draw toys). The Beast Wars Metals Lucky Draw Transformers toys only featured the same amount of chrome parts as their regular counterparts, which makes them the less chromed then the usual Lucky Draw Transformers toys.
